Questions people ask before they call.
Service area, pricing, licensing, and what this business does and doesn't take on. Don't see yours? Just ask. That's a question, not a lead form.
The business
Who you're actually hiring, and where.
Pensacola and nearby communities across Escambia and Santa Rosa counties, including Gulf Breeze, Navarre, Cantonment, Pace, Milton, Pensacola Beach, Perdido Key, Bellview, Ferry Pass, Beulah, West Pensacola, Nature Trail, Belvedere Park, North Pensacola, Brownsville, East Pensacola Heights and North Central Pensacola. Send your property area with the request so Connor can confirm the visit.
Yes. Fortified Asset Solutions is licensed and insured. Ask for specifics when you request your estimate and Connor will walk you through it.
Fortified Asset Solutions is new: the LLC was filed in June 2026. Connor is not new: close to ten years in construction and trades, most recently as operations manager and part-owner of a company a lot like this one, and 15 years living in Pensacola. We'd rather say that plainly than pretend to a history the business doesn't have.
Scope & trades
What this business takes on, and where the line sits.
Fence repairs, replacement and installation; rental turnover repairs; drywall repair and installation; interior and exterior painting; deck repairs, replacement, rebuilding and new construction; plus carpentry, doors, storage, furniture assembly, TV mounting, fan installation and other defined home repairs. The services directory links to the details.
No. Those are licensed trades and Fortified Asset Solutions is not licensed for either, so it does not perform that work. If your job turns out to be a roof or an HVAC system, Connor will say so, bring in a licensed specialist he has worked with, and coordinate it so you still only have one number to call. The Coordinated Work page explains exactly how that works and where the line sits.
Send the exact work you need so Connor can review it. Suitable fixture replacements at existing locations are discussed individually. New circuits, panel work, in-wall wiring and plumbing changes are handled through a separate specialist scope. See specialist trade coordination for how Connor organizes that work.
Yes. Rental turnovers and make-ready repairs include the agreed repair and refresh work between tenants. Send the list, photos, access arrangements and target date. Cleaning, leasing and specialist trade work are not automatically included in a repair quote.
Send the product details and photos of the existing toilet and connections before buying or scheduling. Connor reviews the replacement and any surrounding repairs. If the job involves changes to supply or drain lines, he can coordinate the appropriate specialist separately.
Yes. Connor installs and replaces ceiling fans at suitable existing locations after reviewing the product, access and installation point. New electrical locations or wiring changes need a separate scope review. See ceiling fan installation and replacement.
Fortified Asset Solutions does not perform water-heater replacement. Connor can coordinate a specialist and discuss any surrounding drywall, trim or painting needed as a separate part of the job. See specialist trade coordination.
Fortified Asset Solutions does not install mini splits or work on AC systems. Connor can coordinate an HVAC specialist and the surrounding repair work. Tell him what the system needs when requesting the project review.
Send the project list, photos and the result you want. Connor reviews which work he can take on, what needs a specialist and any site or project requirements before accepting the job. The scope and price are agreed before work starts.
Yes. Paint touch-up or repainting can be included in the agreed job. The quote makes clear whether it covers repaired drywall only or also includes painting. Send photos and tell Connor which finish you want. Drywall services and interior painting explain the options.
Both. Connor repairs existing drywall and installs drywall for whole walls and rooms. Send photos and approximate dimensions so he can review the job and the finish you need. See drywall services.
Interior and exterior painting, including full home exteriors, trim, doors, fences and decks. The surfaces, preparation and finish are agreed in the quote. See painting services.
No. Connor installs and replaces ceiling fans. Send the product details and a photo of the existing location to discuss an installation or replacement.
Occasional furniture moving or lifting within a home can be discussed with Connor. Fortified Asset Solutions does not offer a regular house-moving service. Mention any help needed when requesting furniture or fixture work.
Working with me
How a job actually starts and how you hear from Connor.
Send a free online estimate request, call or text (850) 266-7764. Include your location, photos and the work you want done. Connor reviews the scope, price and schedule with you. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment.
As a new, owner-operated business, Connor personally handles calls, texts, and form submissions. There's no call center or dispatcher in between. Response time depends on his current job schedule; for anything urgent, calling or texting directly is the fastest way to reach him.
Yes. You will get a text when Connor is on his way. He is your direct contact for the job.
Yes. Texting a photo or two to (850) 266-7764 or attaching details to the estimate form helps Connor understand the job and give you a more accurate ballpark before he arrives.
No. The SMS consent checkboxes on the forms are optional and unchecked by default. Leaving them unchecked will not stop your estimate request from going through.
Both. A single clearly defined job, one door that will not latch, one TV to mount, one patch, gets a flat quote. A list of small jobs is priced as a block of time, a half day or a full day, because that prices better than fourteen separate line items. Either way the number is confirmed before Connor starts.
Send a photo or two by text or through the ballpark form so Connor knows what he is walking into. Have your list written down, even the small stuff, so it gets priced in one conversation instead of three. If you would rather supply your own materials, say so up front; materials are their own line either way. You will get a text when he is on the way.
Start with the work you need: fence services, rental turnovers, drywall, painting or decks. If several jobs belong together, send the full list for one scope review.
Pricing & payment
The model is settled. Two of the numbers are not, and they say so.
The online estimate request is free. An in-home visit is $50, credited toward the job if you book the work. Connor confirms the job scope and price before work starts; a request is not a confirmed appointment.
Most work is priced as a block of time (a half day or a full day) rather than as a per-item price list, because a list of small jobs prices better that way. Bigger or clearly-defined jobs get a flat quote. Materials are their own line, and nothing lands on the invoice that wasn't discussed while Connor was standing there.
Every package shows a from-price — the starting floor for that block of time, not a quote. Your exact price is confirmed before any work starts, and it doesn't change once the work begins. Call or text for a number specific to your list.
Ask when you call or text and Connor will tell you on the spot — payment is settled along with your exact price, before any work starts.
There is no separate published minimum. A single clearly defined job gets a flat quote; a list of small jobs is priced as a Half-Day or Full-Day Block, and the from-prices for those are on the Packages page as starting floors, not quotes. Whatever the number is, you hear it before any work starts and it does not move once work begins.
Still have a question?
Ask Connor directly — call, text, or send the form. You'll get an answer either way.
