Buy a block of time, not a pile of line items.
A list of eleven unrelated small jobs is miserable to price item by item, for you and for me. Two time blocks cover most of it. Three themed bundles cover the rest.
A package is a scope and a clock.
Each one below tells you three things before you call: roughly how long it takes, exactly what's included, and what would push it out of scope. That's the whole point of packaging the work.
- Time blocks are for lists: you bring the list, I work it top to bottom.
- Themed bundles are for a known job with a known shape.
- Materials are a separate line either way. Buy your own if you prefer.
- Nothing gets added to the invoice that wasn't discussed while I was standing there.
About those "from" prices.
Every package below carries a from price: the anchor for the smallest version of that scope.
Every package price below is a from-price — the floor for that block, not a quote. The rule does not change: you get the exact price for your job confirmed before any work starts — no surprise add-ons, no number that grows after I'm in your driveway.

Half-Day Block
The default answer for a homeowner's list. Four hours of my time, worked top to bottom against the list you hand me.

- One trip for standard materials inside Pensacola, if we plan it in advance
- A written list of what got done and what didn't
- A walk-through with you before I leave

Good for: Six to twelve small items: doors, hardware, a patch, a few mounts, minor carpentry.
If the list turns out to be bigger than four hours, I'll tell you at the halfway mark, not at hour four.
Full-Day Block
A whole day. This is the one for a long list, a small remodel push, or a rental you need turned before a showing.

- Eight hours of hands-on work
- Material runs planned into the day, not billed as surprises
- A written list of what got done and what didn't
- A walk-through with you before I leave

Good for: A whole-house punch list, a bathroom refresh, a turnover, or a storage build plus the odds and ends.
Multi-day jobs are just consecutive full days: same rate, same rules, no separate 'project' pricing.
TV Mount & Wall-Hang Bundle
One TV mounted properly, plus the other things on that wall you've been meaning to hang.
What you get
- One TV mounted into studs or correctly rated anchors, leveled
- Cables dressed and concealed in a surface channel
- Up to four additional wall-hangs (mirrors, shelves, art, curtain rods)
- Anti-tip hardware where it applies

Good for: New house, new TV, or a wall of things leaning against the baseboard since you moved in.
In-wall cable runs, new outlets, and anything behind the drywall that carries power is an electrician's job, and I'll say so before I start rather than after.
The Honey-Do List
The running list on the fridge. Bring me the whole thing, including the two items you're embarrassed about.
What you get
- Up to ten small items in one visit
- Photo triage before I arrive so nothing is a surprise for either of us
- The 'can't do / needs a specialist' items named up front, with who to call
- Everything checked off with you at the end
Add-ons
- Upgrade to a full day if the list is long

If a list item turns out to be much bigger than it looked, you'll hear it while I'm standing in front of it, not on the invoice.
Rental Refresh (Turnover)
Built for landlords and property managers on a between-tenants clock. One visit, one invoice, unit ready to show.
What you get
- Patch, sand and touch-up paint through the unit
- Doors, handles, latches, blinds, towel bars and stops repaired or replaced
- Hardware, fixture and lightbulb swap-out to a consistent standard
- A written condition list with photos of what I found

Full unit repaints and flooring replacement are a bigger scope than this package — ask and I'll tell you honestly whether it's mine or a bigger crew's.
